Vital Zirconia discs are transitionally pre-shaded from more intense shade to more intense translucency. This material provides the most efficient production speed and natural appearing restoration without the long sintering cycles and extra characterization work, yet maintaining strength and vitality. 

This pre-shaded multi-layer is very versital, allowing for Super Fast Sintering without warping fears in as fast as 11 minutes for single units and one hour for full arch bridges. depending on how fast your sintering furnace can ramp. I can also be sintered on 3 hour, 4 hour, or 7 hour cycles depending on your preference. see the instructions for use. 

Product Features:

All discs are 98mm in diameter 

• Fast production time (very fast sintering is an option, quick green state polishing)
• Get more units per disc (lower shrinkage factor)
• Super stable shrinking during sintering (no need for lingual support to avoid warping. This provides you more units per disc = lower cost per unit) 
• Higher translucency in the incisal area and higher chroma in the gingival area
  
• A natural transition similar to the shade tab
• less prone to cracking and warping due to uniform nano particles
• Available in these thicknesses 14mm, 18mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm 
• Available in 16 classic VITA and 4 bleach shades with high shade tab accuracy.
• Compatible with all mills that utilize 98-98.5mm disc diameter
